Dr. Cramer is a Board Certified Neurological Surgeon by the American Board of Osteopathic Surgery. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995 and went on to obtain a doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Western University of Health Sciences in 2001.
