    Dr. Armin, a board-certified neurosurgeon, is renowned for his tailored and empathetic approach to patient care. Renowned for his warm and engaging bedside manner, he ensures each patient thoroughly understands their imaging and treatment options. His dedication to personal care is evident, as many of his new patients are referrals from satisfied relatives and friends. An enthusiast for maintaining an active lifestyle, Dr. Armin’s primary objective is to aid his patients in achieving a life that is comfortable, pain-free, and active.

    His holistic approach to patient care involves a comprehensive treatment strategy, incorporating both surgical and non-surgical methods for addressing brain and spine disorders. A strong supporter of less invasive treatments, Dr. Armin uses these methods whenever feasible. If surgery is necessary, he is equipped to perform the latest, state-of-the-art neurosurgical procedures. He also has specialized fellowship training in minimally invasive spine (MIS) surgery and complex spine disorders, focusing on techniques that often result in smaller incisions, reduced postoperative discomfort, and shorter recovery periods.

    Dr. Armin’s illustrious academic journey began at UCLA, where he achieved several honors including UC Regent’s Scholar, Phi Beta Kappa, and Summa Cum Laude with Highest Honors. His academic excellence continued at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, where he was elected president of the UCLA Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and received numerous other awards. Following his medical studies, he completed a rigorous Neurological Surgery residency at Loma Linda University, where he distinguished himself in clinical and research fields. Returning to UCLA, he underwent additional fellowship training, focusing on advanced spinal surgery, particularly in minimally invasive techniques and complex spinal disorders. As a diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery, Dr. Armin is committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in his field and enjoys imparting knowledge to medical students and residents.

    Outside his professional life, Dr. Armin cherishes time with his wife and three young children. He attributes his profound care philosophy, treating each patient as he would a family member, to his deep love and commitment to his own family.
